Psychopaths Anonymous!
Okay... This is only my second web page and I think I'm going to rip out all of my hair because this is making me completely insane.  I'm supposed to be doing my homework and yet I find myself doing this instead which means I'll be in deep trouble soon but I find that currently I don't really give a damn.  I mean how many of you want to spend the next hour poring over your Biology books trying to figure out some vague clue that applies to seven words and you have to figure out which one it is?  Very few I'm willing to bet.  Okay now that I've finished telling off my Biology book let's move on to World History.  Tell me... if I live in one country why should I give a flying froot loop what the Europeans did to oppress everyone 200 years ago?  Come on it's the 21st century!  If The Europeans want to play dominatrix now we'll have us a nice nuclear holocaust and be done with it!  Now Literature is more necessary and I like that class.  Tell me... how many of you are going to be mathematicians or math teachers?  35?  You take geometry and figure out how to find the hypotenuse of a triangle without a calculator!  Damn math!  Also how does the movie Jurassic Park apply to physical science?  Anybody?  It doesn't!!!  I won't complain about Spanish because I may actually need that someday.  Why is it that when you enter high school your teachers feel the need to make you insane by giving you 3,000 assignments and a tower of homework due the next day?  Damn Arizona Government.  Do you know what they're doing?  They've passed a law stating that if you're not eligible for your learners permit by January 1, 2004 you can't get your permit until you're 16 and 7 months and your license until you're 18!  That means I won't get my license until I'm a college freshman!  How is that fair?  Why am I being punished for being born in November?  Could they not just make it so that if you aren't eligible by July 31 (That takes care of December babies too) of 2004 you can't get it until then?  Way more fair!  I hate the Arizona government!  *waahhh!*

Stupid Drunk Drivers
My friend ------ was one of the sweetest people you could ever hope to meet.  Smart and sassy, friendly to just about everyone.  She was very forgiving.  I didn't even get to know her for a full year before she was murdered.  Many of you would call it an accident but it wasn't.  A woman, a teacher no less, got behind the wheel of her even though she was drunk.  My friend was sixteen years old at the time.  She was hit by an SUV while riding her bike home from the grocery store to get eggs for her sister to bake a cake on Sunday, April 13, 2003.  She flew 70 feet and recieved severe road rash.  Her spine was broken in three places, her hip was shattered, her skull was smashed.  When she got to the hospital they airvacced her to Las Vegas.  The doctors induced coma to reduce swelling on her brain, regardless the swelling continued and her organs failed.  She died at 2 in the afternoon on Monday, April 14, 2003. Had she survived she would have been a vegetable. I never got to see her again.  The last time I had seen her she had been angry with me.  I was 14 years old.  It has been nearly one year and to think about it still hurts.  The woman who murdered her should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence but she wasn't.  That woman got off scot-free and everyday I have to live with the loss of the best friend I have ever had.  She died 32 days before her 17th birthday.  She never got her drivers permit or her license.  She never got to see the end of her freshman year.  She never went to prom or grew up and got married.  She never had children or became a grandmother.  She never got to be the writer she wanted so badly to be.  She was an earth angel and one foolish woman snatched her away from a world where so few got to experience her light.  But I know that the ones who did will never forget.
